Host Journey

From application to activation, handled privately in Nearlynk

One clear path for hosts: apply, get reviewed, respond to requests, share connection details only inside the platform, and receive payouts under Nearlynk payout policy.

    Submit host application

    Complete your host profile and connection eligibility details through the Nearlynk host form.

  2. 2

    Nearlynk reviews the application

    Our team checks submission quality, service suitability, and policy alignment before any listing goes live.

  3. 3

    Approved listings publish with anonymous host IDs

    Public view shows identifiers like Nearlynk Host #1042 instead of personal address or private contact details.

    Receive new connection requests

    When customers in range request access, you receive request alerts in your host dashboard.

  5. 5

    Review anonymous customer information

    Assess customer request details needed for decision-making without exposing either party's personal data publicly.

    Accept or decline

    You choose whether to proceed. Accept moves the request forward; decline closes it respectfully in-platform.

    Nearlynk notifies customer to complete payment

    After acceptance, the customer is prompted to complete payment before activation details are released.

    Securely submit or confirm connection details in platform

    After payment, provide or confirm guest network name, guest network password or connection instructions, and relevant connection notes only through Nearlynk.

    Activation completes

    Activation is marked complete after customer confirmation or Nearlynk completion workflow finalization.

    Payouts follow Nearlynk payout policy

    Host earnings are processed according to the active Nearlynk payout policy and shown in your host dashboard records.
